Maple Creek & District Opportunities Inc. has immediate openings for dynamic, people-oriented Residential Support Workers. As a Residential Support Worker, you will assist with the day-to-day operations of a residential home, provide daily living assistance and life skill training to persons with a developmental disability, encourage independence through positive support, assist with activities, group meals, medications, etc.
The ideal candidates will be enthusiastic, motivated, mature, patient, have a positive outlook on life, possess a sense of humour, and enjoy helping others to succeed in life.
We will train if you do not have experience doing this kind of work.
