Description

Job duties
-    Supervise and co-ordinate sales staff and cashiers
-    Assign duties to staff and co-ordinate work schedules on a weekly basis
-    Authorize sales returns
-    Sell merchandise to customers
-    Resolve problems that may arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages
-    Continually strive to provide exceptional customer service and exceed every customer's expectations
-    Maintain adequate levels of inventory and order merchandise, ensuring optimal levels of inventory
-    Ensuring that Kal Tire and the customers Safe Work Policies, Practices and Procedures are adhered to by all staff members
-    Hire and train or arrange for the training of new sales staff

Education:  Completion of high school

Experience:  Minimum six months retail experience
