About the Store Manager Position
As a FIELDS Store Manager, youll responsible for merchandise and inventory, loss prevention, health and safety, employee well-being, customer relationships, meeting revenue targets, and other financial aspects of running a small business. You will work closely with and provide leadership to the Assistant Store Manager and Store Associates.

Requirements
3-5 years retail experience

Strong communication/interpersonal skills

Leadership skills

Business knowledge

Basic computer skills, including MS Word and Excel

Secondary education or equivalent is preferred

Previous managerial experience is an asset
