Description

The Elks of Canada are embarking on a new path with a new Mission and Vision for our future. We are a Canadian volunteer organization of men and women serving communities. Located in Regina, Saskatchewan the national office supports the members, national executive, committees and provincial associations as well as the day to day management of the organization and national charity.

Duties
- Providing outstanding customer service and support to over 12,000 members across Canada;
- Assist with all aspects of support for the national office of the Elks of Canada and national charity;
- Be responsible for day to day functions of the Elks national store, providing stock items and promotional items to our members across Canada;
- Providing shipping services for the store as well as the administrative area of national office and national charity;
- Work with Simply Accounting platform to enter and fill orders, producing reports as required;
- Regulate inventory in an automated environment;
- Assist with maintaining national membership database;
- Providing clerical and general filing services as required.

Qualifications:
- Knowledge of all Microsoft Office programs, specifically Access and Word;
- Experience working with Simply Accounting;
- Familiarity with Canada Post mailing software;
- Outstanding communications skills to interact with membership on a daily basis;
- Valid drivers license;
- A willingness to learn and be part of a team.
