Responsibilities
o Assist with the supervision of all phases
of home construction
o Ensuring specifications are met; detailed
inspections
o Assist in the quality control, timely
construction and completion of residential homes
o Responsible to perform basic carpentry,
general labor duties including but not limited to,
digging, sweeping and lifting.
o Prepare all houses for walkthroughs and
possessions
o Provide support to the Site Superintendent
with daily duties
o Perform a variety of construction tasks
Knowledge & Skills Required
o 1-2 years experience in the residential
home building industry
o Must have a sense of urgency and an
ability to react well under pressure
o Current working knowledge of current
building codes and construction methods
o Experience using basic hand tool and power
tools

- Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites
- Read blueprints
- Load, unload and transport construction materials
- Erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks shoring and barricades
- Direct traffic at or near construction sites
- Assist heavy equipment operators
- Assist in framing houses, erecting walls and building roofs
- Clean and pile salvaged materials
