Field Mechanic (2nd, 3rd & Journeyman)
We are currently looking for a Heavy Duty Mechanic for Lloydminster. As the in house heady duty mechanic you will be required to perform skilled tasks in the mechanical repair and maintenance of industrial engines, trucks and wheel loaders.

Responsibilities include:
        Inspection, maintenance, repair and overhaul of diesel engines;
        Install and align engines, generators and engine driven equipment;
        Installation of new and added-on equipment;
        Engine and electronic troubleshooting and diagnostics;
        Diagnose defects in heavy duty equipment;
        Test repaired equipment for proper performance;
        Perform mechanical repairs on equipment in remote field locations when required;
        Troubleshoot and repair electronic engine / generator controls;
        Adhere to workplace safety policies, regulations and compliances;
        Accurate completion of work orders and time cards;
        Keep detailed and accurate maintenance reports and documentation;
        Maintain a working knowledge of changes in technology and repair techniques; and,
        Other mechanical repair work as required.
                                                                          
The successful applicant will possess the following qualifications:

        Completion of college/CEGEP/vocational or technical training;
        Appropriate credentials and certifications; 2nd, 3rd or journeyman status
        Experience as a Heavy Duty/Industrial Engine Mechanics
        Possess a valid drivers license;
        Proven mechanical abilities in engine overhaul and electrical, including schematics and                                                      diagnostics;
        Ability to work independently in a busy environment;
