Our client is seeking to hire Medical Office Administrator  for their Clinic in Lloydminster. If you are seeking full time work in this area, this could be the job for you!

So, what will you actually be doing?
As a Medical Office Administrator Assistant you will be the face of the clinic - looking after a little bit of everything to help the company run smoothly.

Your main role as the Medical Office Administrator will be to provide full personal assistant and administrative support to the medical team!

What else will you be doing?
    Reception
    Answering the phones
    Booking & Reminders of appointments
    Data entry
    Filing
    Document Control (using medical software Accuro)
    Confidential maintenance of patient files & correspondence

As the Administrator you will perform a variety of duties and strong level of MS office skills is a requirement of the position. Ultimately, professionalism is key with your job while maintaining patient & DR. relationships.
