Description

The VMC is a vibrant teaching hospital offering progressive multidisciplinary primary and referral veterinary medicine to its clients and their pets.  This position will provide veterinary care in emergency and internal medicine to dogs and cats owned by clients of the VMC. It will also play an integral role in the clinical education and supervision of senior veterinary students during their rotations in Small Animal Internal Medicine, Small Animal Surgery and emergency medicine. The emergency care service provides out of hours urgent and emergency veterinary care for the city of Saskatoon and surrounding area. The emergency service aims to provide the highest quality medicine possible as is expected for a veterinary referral/teaching institution.

The salary range is $59,517 to $92,996 per annum (Specialist Professional, Phase 2).  The starting salary will be commensurate with education and experience.
