SIMAN AUTO SALES is a Regina owned, used vehicle dealership that has been in operation since 1998. Siman Auto Sales has served its customers under the mantra "Large enough to make a difference, small enough to care" for the last 16 years. Now with 2 dealership locations, a Thrifty car rental franchise, a Hisun motorsports franchise and a service department, Siman Auto Sales is one of the largest independent dealerships in Southern Saskatchewan.

Siman Auto Sales/Thrifty Car Rental in Swift Current is looking for a Sales & Customer Service Representative to join our team full time. If you are customer service oriented with experience in sales and you enjoy the automotive industry then this position is for you!

You are ambitious and motivated to achieve results and meet targets with minimal supervision. You value teamwork and recognize it as the best way to support the organization's goals. You are willing and excited to contribute to the growth of the organization with your own ideas and vision. You recognize that customer service and word of mouth is best way to grow a business.

Your duties will include:
Responding to customer inquiries
Booking rental reservations
Creating rental contracts using Thrifty Bluebird software
Processing rental returns
Resolving customer service issues and ensuring customer satisfaction
Customer pick ups & drops offs
Ensuring cars are presentable for customers
Fleet management
Building relationships with current accounts
Seeking new accounts and completing weekly sales calls
Supporting achievement of location sales goals
Supporting dealership sales as necessary

Compensation package is commensurate with previous experience and will include a base draw salary, plus volume bonus structure based on production & growth.
