POSITION SUMMARY
Mosaic is seeking a skilled professional to represent our top Retail Appliances client. As a Sales and Merchandising Appliance Trainer/Specialist you will have the opportunity to coach and educate a team of retail sales professionals with the goal to boost sales. You will cover a territory spanning from Regina to Saskatoon. Increasing brand awareness through inspiring communication, subject matter expertise, and dedicated team building will be the key to your success!
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
Deliver training on a portfolio of products through direct engagement and/or group presentations, always keeping in mind the ultimate goals to educate and increase sales
Promote brand presence by ensuring effective merchandising, display maintenance, POP and plan-o-gram exceed client expectations
Effectively manage a multi-unit territory and foster relationships with store associates and management
Have an insatiable curiosity and willingness to learn about retail and about the appliance industry.
ADDITIONAL SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENT
Incentives include competitive wage, smart phone expense plan, and travelling allowance
Available: 20-24 hours/week (Monday-Friday)
2-4 days per month overnight travel required
Dependable and reliable when working within assigned schedule
Delivering sales training clearly demonstrate superior performance
Access to vehicle is mandatory
