Job Description  Regional Manager Saskatchewan/Manitoba Location: Based in Regina or Saskatoon, with regular travel throughout the Region.
Summary; Reporting to the Vice President Operations, responsible for leading, developing, managing, and growing Badgers business in the Region.
Major Duties include;
    Development and subsequent implementation of operational and business plans for the region.
    Grow Badgers business in the region at an aggressive pace ensuring the foundation is built for long term success. This requires identification of key market areas of solid sustainable business and then identifying and training the right local Area Manager (Corporate Operation) to lead and grow the business and manage the local trucks.Ensure the region is profitable by adding value when making decisions on cost.Ensure compliance to Badgers safety and high service standards in the region.Ensure business development is pursued at all times.    Areas of Responsibility: Saskatchewan Corporate Operations & Winnipeg Franchise.
    The Candidate
    Management experience ideally from within the Oil & Gas, Utilities, mining, or Construction sectors.Familiar with financial statements.
    Ability to frequently travel within the two Provinces.
    Strong leadership abilities.
    Hands on individual.
    Sales Experience
    Excellent Communications and customer service skills
    Issue resolution, negotiating, and problem solving skills.
    Time management, organization and attention to detail.
    Experience in interviewing, hiring, and effectively managing others
    Dedicated and Self-motivated
    High Energy, Ambitious and Entrepreneurial Personality
