A temporary full time position, which may lead to permanent is being created in a high energy fast paced organization.We are now looking for a Legal Assistant and/or Paralegal to provide support to our legal department. The successful candidate will work under the direction of legal staff in reviewing and preparing legal documents and forms, commissioning, corporate search and legal research.

Requirements:
High School Diploma and have graduated from a recognized Legal Administrative Assistant and/or Paralegal program and/or will have sufficient related experience working in a law firm or other applicable areas
Proficiency with computer software and internet required (Microsoft Office) with a minimum of 60 WPM
Ability to compose correspondence, reports, and other written materials with a good command of English grammar.
Demonstrate a high degree of accuracy, prioritization and organizational skills with the ability to work with little supervision.
