Within this role your experience will assist you with managing service requests and incidents as assigned by the service desk, together with identifying areas for improvement within Saskatchewan Polytechnics infrastructure, applications, process and service to its clients.

Successful candidates will have a diploma or degree in computer science or an equivalent combination of recent and relevant education, training and experience together with a minimum of one year experience with all aspects of enterprise networks and server environments.
