Job location:  Home Care (East)

Job Summary:  Assist the Home Care Manager with the delivery of the Home Care Program including: directing and coordinating Home Care staff, collaborating with other departments and services, directing the activities of the Home Care program and staff in the absence of the Home Care Manager.

Experience:  3 years previous experience in a Home Care environment.  Previous experience with project management.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree in Nursing
- Registered or eligible for registration with the Saskatchewan Registered Nurses Association (SRNA)

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Ability to competently use computers and software applications as required by the position
- Ability to make decisions, which must include coordination of staffing, and/or patient care, and/or coordination of equipment
- Ability to work independently and as a member of a multi-disciplinary team
