- Provide ongoing assessments of administrative duties; recommend changes to roles and responsibilities and related staffing level requirements based on business team and corporate requirements
- Provide primary leadership, support, training and direction to Administrative Assistants
- Ensure corporate administrative processes and standards are implemented and followed
- Provide and/or coordinate training for team as required
- Assist Superintendent, Foreman, Production Supervisors and Operators on issues relating to: Production, Finance, HST, Regulatory and other systems
- Arrange and/or have the ability to provide holiday relief on all desks
- Generate reporting for Superintendent, Foreman and Technical groups
- Provide Confidential support to Superintendent
- Various other duties as needed
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years Administrative or Industry Related Technical Diploma complemented with previous supervisory experience
- Minimum 8 years of industry related experience
- CAPPA certification would be an asset
- Strong skills in Microsoft Applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Ability to adapt and implement changes
- Working knowledge PVR, Synergy, Qbyte, Ultimus, TCMS, HST(SMART IM), Maxitrak, CS Explorer, Roughneck
- Ability to work independently as well as cooperatively in a team environment
- Strong leadership skills
- Willingness to travel
