Description

The Lac La Ronge Indian Band Health Services is now inviting applications for Casual Workers, to assist in the program delivery of LLRIBHS programs and services.  Candidates must be willing to work weekends, cover off and Holidays.

Duties :
- Ability to collaborate with the client, family and other health care professionals to services. to provide home management, personal care and respite assistance to clients.
- Use skills and interventions to meet the physical, social/cultural, emotional and spiritual needs of the clients.

Qualifications:
- Personal Care Program Certificate, First Aid/CPR, Safe Food Handling & WHMIS will be an asset;
- Able to work independently and collaborative with other health care staff;
- Previous experience and knowledge in the areas of health services.
- Valid driver's License, Criminal Record Check, Child Abuse Record Check and an updated driver's abstract are required
- Working knowledge with First Nations culture, and the ability to speak Cree will be an asset:
