Description

The Town of Kamsack requires an enthusiastic individual to join the front office team as a Administration Clerk.  

This position performs a variety of tasks from general receptionist duties, to cash handling to basic bookkeeping functions.   This position which requires a cooperative team attitude, above average customer service skills, a knowledge of  bookkeeping and expertise with MS-Office applications.

Qualifications:
    Excellent public relations  and communication skills
    General office procedure knowledge & understanding
    Familiarity with bookkeeping processes and applications
    Some office experience
        Completion of business courses or graduation from a recognized business school.

A Local Government Administration Certificate or knowledge of MuniSoft Municipal Software applications would be considered an asset.

Salary as per current CUPE Collective Agreement - $15.00 - $20.75 / hour
