We are currently seeking a full-time Service Advisor to join our Service Department Team. Qualified individuals are invited to apply for this position. The Service Advisor will be reporting directly to the Service Manager.
As the successful candidate you will be responsible for: *
Serving clients efficiently *
Explaining the type of service work scheduled to clients *
Identifying additional service work required for vehicles *
Completing repair orders, ensuring all information is correctly input into ADP.*
Maintaining necessary product knowledge
As the successful candidate you will have: *
Good interpersonal skills, have the ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization *
Experience as a Service Advisor with a high CSI quotient *
High quality control standards *
Possess strong organizational, follow-up and paper-flow handling skills. *
