Description

Turning Leaf (Inc.) Residential Support Service is designed to provide, in facility, person-centered treatment and supports to adults (or individuals transitioning to adulthood) who are living with an intellectual challenge developmental disability and/or mental illness.

Reporting to the regions Residential Support Case Manager, the Residential Supervisors primary responsibility is to provide Turning Leafs person-centered supports to adults living with an intellectual challenge, developmental disability and/or mental illness who reside in one of Turning Leaf Community Support Services Inc. residential facilities. Moreover, the Residential Supervisor is responsible for the overall operation of the facility, including but not limited to: employee supervision, programing, scheduling employees, training employees, employee performance management, facility finances, facility cleanliness, legislative and provincial compliance etc...
