Home Oxygen Delivery and Distribution / Medical Team Assistant(MTA / Customer Service Agent)
As a Driver / MTA - Customer Service Agent for Provincial Home Oxygen, you will be part of an Allied Health Care Team providing home oxygen cylinders and services to our patients in Regina and surrounding areas. The territory may extend to approximately a 2.5 hour radius of Regina. This position is NOT for "long haul trucking enthusiasts" but more suited for genuinely compassionate individuals who enjoy working with senior citizens, making a difference in a patients life, but also enjoy driving. This may be appealing to someone looking for a career change from their present position.
You will be working along side our team of Respiratory Therapists and Registered Nurses, and our technical support team, to provide delivery of home oxygen cylinders and equipment to our patients, as well as some minor technical support to our biomedical team.
Ideal Candidates MUST possess the following qualities:
1. Strong sense of providing "Qualtity Patient Care" to our clients.
2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
3. Strong organizational skills for multi task work loads.
4. Strong problem solving skills.
5. Enjoy driving and interacting with seniors.
6. Good physical health as some lifting is involved.
7. Pleasant Personality and telephone manners.
8. Driving abstract and Criminal background checks are mandatory.
9. Some basic computer/smart phone capabilities.
