Reporting to the Regional Director, your goal is to lead our retail team, overseeing the successful operations of two Relay and Duty Free locations, fostering your team to create a customer experience that exceeds expectations.
Role Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor employees according to company culture and core values
Foster an employee experience where quality and engagement are promoted
Oversee and maintain the highest standards of Visual Merchandising, housekeeping and retail standards within the store
Drive store plans and revenues while optimizing expenses
Maintain positive relationships with all internal and external partners, including the merchandising team, other area managers, vendors, and landlords
Successful Candidates will have:
A minimum of 2 years management experience in a retail environment
A professional approach to colleagues and customers, with exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
Adept in effectively managing and implementing change and/or new direction
Demonstrated ability to train, coach, and continuously motivate associates and supervisors
Strong Ability to work independently to drive results and be part of a diverse retail team
Demonstrated Ability to set priorities and establish goals as well as understand financial statements and budgets
Effective time management and strong problem solving skills
Multi-Store management experience considered an asset
Scheduling flexibility to support the needs of the business on mornings, evenings and weekend rotations
