Sunrise Health Region has an opening for a Permanent Full-Time Health Information & Patient Registration Working Supervisor in Registration/Health Records at St. Peters Hospital in Melville, SK

Job Summary:

Establishes and maintains health records in accordance with departmental, regional and legislative requirements.

Experience:
    Previous:  Twenty-four (24 ) months previous experience as a Health Information Management Practitioner to consolidate knowledge and skills.

Required Qualifications
    Certification with Canadian College of Health Records Administrators
    Certification with the Canadian Health Information Management Association and/or registration with the Saskatchewan Health Information Management Association, where required by the job
    Health Information Management diploma
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
    Ability to work independently

    Interpersonal skills
    Organizational skills

Hours of Work:
    224.00 hours per 6 week rotation:  28 shifts of 8 hours

Salary and benefits in accordance with the SAHO/Canadian Union of Public Employees Collective Agreement governing the position and corresponding to education and previous experience.
