The Prince Albert Co-op is currently accepting applications for a Meat Manager at our Wakaw Food Store.
Primary Job Functions
Organize, direct and coordinate the activities and operations of the Meat Department to achieve budgeted goals. Provide customers with Legendary Service. Procurement of merchandise.  Maintain a safe and clean department at all times. Scheduling employees and coordinating all other duties of the Meat Department. T hank all guests for visiting the store and ensure that they are completely satisfied with their in-store experience.
Required Skills
-Outstanding interpersonal skills
-Proven leadership experience
-Ability to receive, wrap, price and merchandise all related products in a designated area
-Attentive to detail and able to remain calm under pressure
-Proven analytical skills to operate electronic equipment
-Strong meat cutting skills and background in meat retail operations
-Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends and holidays
Desired Skills/Experience
Meat department experience is a must. Leadership experience is considered an asset.
Reporting:
Reports to the Wakaw Food Branch Manager.
