Innovation Credit Union, North Battleford branch, has an opportunity for a highly motivated, service oriented professional to join our team.  Reporting to the Operations Supervisor this position will provide support to Operation Support Analysts and Relationship/Account Managers through accurate imaging of member information.
Responsibilities will include:
- Accurate and complete document imaging of member information to ensure decisions related to accounts are based on accurate information and problems can be assessed and acted upon immediately
- Provide courteous, professional and timely service to Innovation Credit Union staff requesting file information to enhance the quality of service provided to members
- Imaging, filing and distribution of records are processed in accordance with policy and security procedures
- Respond to branch/auditor inquiries promptly without delay
- Work completion within established quality member service guidelines and efficiency standards
- Auditing documents for required information and tracking errors.
