Position and Responsibilities
Be an integral member of Camecos exploration team, striving to bring the multiple benefits of nuclear energy to the world, by finding the next generation of uranium deposits. Help us discover tomorrows energy today.
You will assist the team with various aspects of exploration, including core sampling, logging, field-oriented data collection, database management and interpretation. The successful candidates will work a term of approximately four months (May to August) and will assist with a variety of special projects and other day-to-day activities.
Education and Qualifications
You will be entering your third or fourth year as a university student in geology (or a related science) and are looking for exciting hands-on experience in an innovative exploration environment. You are a dedicated team member with excellent communication and organization skills. Your work schedule will be a minimum of three weeks in the field, one week out.
Preference will be given to residents of Saskatchewans north (RSN) pursuing post-secondary education.
Interviews will take place in January/February 2015. Students will be notified if they are selected for an interview.
