Job Description
Our Branch Managers are responsible for the management of the daily operation of their branch. They are approachable, natural leaders, committed to providing exceptional customer service based on their knowledge of our financial products.

Principal Responsibilities
    Providing exceptional customer service
    Promoting sales of loan, cheque cashing and other services
    Balance daily transactions
    Plan budgets; monitor revenue and expenses
    Recruit and retain associates
    Plan, direct and evaluate daily operations.

Qualifications
    Experience in a customer service environment
    Experience at a management or supervisory level
    Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
    Exceptional organizational skills
    Strength as a team leader
    Collections experience is an asset
    High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) certificate or equivalent relevant work

    Building customer relationships
    Attention to detail
    Self-motivation and direction
    Providing leadership and motivation

Wage
    Salary commensurate with experience
