Due to a leave of absence, we have an excellent temporary opportunity for an experienced HR Advisor in our Head Office at Air Ronge, SK. Human Resources Advisor is an out of scope mid management position reporting to the Human Resources Manager or designate. Human Resources Advisor is responsible to provide human resource related consultation, support, service and guidance to Northlands College employee and management groups. Key responsibilities for this position is full cycle recruitment (screening, interviews, processing references, on-board candidates and applicant tracking), job evaluation/ provincial class plan, performance management, employee relations, orientations, compensation and employee benefits administration and EFAP.
Education, Skills and Experience:
- University degree in Human Resources or Business with relevant courses
- HR experience of 2 years or more at a generalist level
- Flexible and adaptable to new challenges
- Fast learner and attentive to details
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Good oral and written communication
- Proven ability to practice a high level of confidentiality in all dealings
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office; especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Salary Range: $64,222.00 - $76,531.00 per year depending on education and qualifications.
