The Water Security Agency, a Treasury Board Crown corporation, ensures sustainable water supplies are available to support growth, a healthy environment and our quality of life.
Reporting to the Supervisor, Information Technology, an employee in this job will, as a first point of contact, provide direct user support for software application, hardware and network connectivity requests and problems. In addition, this employee will undertake support responsibilities for computer operations and hardware installation and maintenance.
These services are also provided to SaskWater on a contractual basis.
This employee will undertake help desk support activities involving identifying and resolving hardware, software, and communications problems of varying complexities in accordance with established WSA protocols to ensure user requests are dealt with in an efficient and timely manner; and assist in administering user access and rights on all corporate IT assets.
