Description

Dasro is looking for a Senior Project Manager for it's public sector client in Regina for a 3 year split contract.

Description of Services
The successful individual(s) will be an integral part of the Project Management Team and will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following duties:
Develop the terms of the Project Statement of Work (SOW) in consultation with the Project Leadership Team.
Produce the Project Plan and gain Project Sponsor approval.
Ensure the project is undertaken in accordance with the standards, processes and documentation which follow PMI standards.
Produce deliverables on time, within budget and to specification ensuring project objectives are met.
Ensure the work products and deliverables are completed in compliance with technical standards.
Facilitate integration of project touch points (interconnections) across related projects.

Qualifications  Mandatory Requirements
Valid Project Management Professional (PMP) or PRINCE2 certification.
Minimum seven (7) years of experience as a practicing Senior Project Manager across a variety of sectors.
Previous experience that includes at least one (1) large project with a budget exceeding $1M that was comprised of multiple concurrent and inter-related projects.
Previous experience as a Project Manager leading at least one (1) application development project involving more than ten (10) development team members.
Previous experience as a Project Manager on at least one (1) successful Commercial-Off-The-Shelf (COTS) implementation project.
