Technical analytics expertise needed
Work with senior leaders to identify key business issues and opportunities, then propose and develop data-driven solutions. Investigate and explore structured and unstructured data.
What youll do:
develop and maintain customer feedback information and reporting infrastructure
analyze and make recommendations based on reports regarding corporate-wide measures and initiatives such as FCCs customer experience measure, performance metrics and market share
remain current and proficient in FCCs changing data environment
establish networks and resources to research and identify current best practices for process, methodologies, models, tools and techniques
What were looking for:

What youll need:
a degree in social sciences, business or commerce and at least five years of related experience (or equivalent)
extensive technical knowledge of databases, customer research data and statistical modelling
