Responsibilities:
Work closely with the service line leaders to ensure all applicable technology and processes are used ensuring execution excellence, client value-added service including cost competitiveness
In partnership with the Area Manager and the applicable service line leadership team, responsible for the promotion of the applicable service line that falls within the assigned geographic location
In partnership with the Area Manager and corporate functions, ensuring that the area manpower needs are forecasted, and appropriate plans are in place to recruit, develop and retain a workforce in order to meet the strategic targets for the area
Collection and reporting of all applicable client billing information by the target timelines
Job Requirements:
5 - 10 years senior level management, experience in Facility Construction, Fabrication, and Industrial / Commercial environments.
Experience must consist of operations, leadership and financial management.
University degree in engineering, business or other related field is considered an asset. Technical school diploma in construction management or other relevant construction trade may be considered.
Knowledge of financial management processes including financial reporting requirements and budgeting processes
Solid understanding of the Mechanical service line and applicable operational requirements
Project Management skills with applicable experience. PMP certification is considered an asset.
Strong self-management behaviors including the ability to manage stress while projecting a professional approach to all parts of the role
Work with limited Supervision and as a result will need to be familiar with the applicable technology and processes necessary to execute the work safely, effectively and efficiently
