Flight Centre Business Travel, a division of Flight Centre specializes in providing business travel services tailored to the needs of small to medium sized companies. These companies would typically spend between $50k and $1.5m each year on corporate travel. FCBT offers a customized service platform designed to assist companies and organizations in finding balance between cost efficiency and traveler experience.

This position has a strong sales and customer service focus, and deals with all aspects of business and occasional leisure travel at our Flight Centre Business Travel location in Saskatoon. You will be completely responsible for managing all of the travel needs of your own client base.

Activities include:
- Working within a team to manage profit and loss and achieve targets and incentives
- Advising customers on travel products and services
- Providing first class customer service from enquiry to closing the sale and after service customer care
- Attending regular training sessions and
conferences

- Solid experience in travel sales
- A proven aptitude in sales and customer service

- Overseas travel experience
