Role: Identifies opportunities for business expansion in support of the Account Executive's sales strategy. Manages the business relationship with emphasis on facilitating business planning and business resources for a defined account(s) in a product line, to achieve the identified strategy and business financial objectives.
Duties and Responsibilities:
The product SME supporting the Account Executive in execution of the customer growth plan and the business relationship in the assigned account(s).
Effectively communicating Horizon brand value
The catalyst in the sales relationship to increase account level discussion and activity through the coordination of local promotions and events.
Identifies and delivers specific supplier focused recommendations to the Account Executive that supports strategic growth plan activity for the identified customer(s).
Identifies and creates opportunity demand for products, coordinating the supporting seminars, training and resource awareness to assigned customers that drives growth plan success in the targeted accounts.
Maintains knowledge of products, competitors, technology and customers in the assigned supplier product market.
Excellent verbal, written and platform communications skills.
Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills.
Work experience:
Five (5) years of progressive experience that demonstrates consistent success in the ability to deliver business results across in a variety of markets.
