Description

Under the supervision of the Executive Director, the Fund Development Coordinator is responsible for the overall development, coordination and implementation of an appropriate fund development plan which secures the resources necessary for the overall operations and service previsions of Battlefords Boys & Girls Club.  Primary responsibilities include preparation of proposals and grant applications, and performance of responsible and professional work in researching, identifying, developing and responding to public and private grant opportunities.  Responsibilities also include obtaining community, individual and corporate sponsorships to support Club services as well as planning, organizing and implementing fundraising activities. Also this position incorporates the duties and responsibilities of our main office receptionist, including answering phones, email and mail, faxing, responding to parent inquiries, preparing board packages, information packages for board meetings, committee meetings ect. Inventory and purchase of office supplies. Ordering and organizing meals for meetings such as staff, board, and committee meetings.
