Our Business Manager (F & I) is responsible for ensuring proper, efficient and professional administration of the sales contract from end-to-end. This includes developing and maintaining strong customer relationships, assessing and confirming credit approvals while providing financing options that meet customers purchasing goals. They are also responsible for presenting extended service contracts, after-market products and other protection packages

Your Objective:
Accurately complete credit applications and arrange financing with lenders; prepare documentation and process customers financial information quickly and efficiently
Build value in and sell insurances, warranties, protective products, accessories and additional after sale products for all new and pre-owned vehicle purchases.
Prospect and cross sell by identifying and recommending additional products/services that benefit our customer
Ensure purchase agreements, bills of sale, finance contracts, lease agreements, applications for registration and all other documents necessary for the sale and lease of vehicles are completed accurately.
Coordinate and schedule vehicle deliveries with sales specialist and customer, ensuring a smooth delivery process.
Responsible for performance metrics pertaining to the Finance department

Success Requires:
A persuasive, dynamic, outgoing, competitive personality
Track record of high performance and ability to produce results in fast paced, deadline driven environments
Excellent, proven interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
Attention to detail, strong analytical skills, time and priority management are necessary
Proficiency with computers and ability to adapt to new technology is a requirement
Experience within the Finance discipline a significant asset
