Description

We are an award-winning IT service provider and are seeking a young and dynamic Computer Repair Technician for a full time employment.

Perfect candidates MUST have:
- At least 6-12 month experience doing computer repairs (including laptops, desktops and Macs)
- Experience cleaning out viruses, malware, making computers faster
- Burning desire to learn about best practices in computer repair;
- Communication skills as you will be responsible for contacting the client and explaining them in ENGLISH what has been done;
- People DO NOT call you Geek;
- Experience managing and monitoring the performance of computer systems and networks using RMM tool would be an asset;
- Follow and participate in developing procedures and technical checklists;
- Positive attitude to work and life;
- Valid driver's license and your own vehicle.

What your work week will look like:
- Combination of in-shop work and remote support service calls every day;
- Monitoring client's networks and backup reports;

You HAVE to be comfortable doing the following:
- Computer Tune-up;
- Computer hardware and software repair;
- Assisting someone over the phone and/or email and remote session with their computer issue;
