To cook western cuisine on line in a fast paced sit down family
restaurant. To follow and prepare all dishes according to the Ricky's
All Day Grill specifications. To assist the head cook with preparation
of food and in the cleanliness of the kitchen. To follow orders from
the kitchen supervisor. Plan menus, ensure quality of food and
determine size of food proportions. Work with specialized cooking
equipment.
Skills: Oral communication, speak, read and write English.
