Employment Network is currently recruiting for a Financial Administrator, for our Regina client.
The successful candidate will be an individual who is passionate and committed to the financial services sector, and is looking for an exciting and challenging workplace with room to grow.
Some of the responsibilities for this position
include:
- Maintaining client files, including adding or editing personal information, and gathering documents as requested.
- Processing trades and ensuring proper paperwork is completed. Reconciliation of transactions. Locate discrepancies where needed.
- Liaise with various financial institutions answer questions and troubleshoot.
- General administrative duties.
Job Qualifications:
- Professional and hard-working.
- Advanced working knowledge of Outlook, Excel and Word.
- 3+ years of Administrative experience in the financial industry.
- Financial Services or Business Administration Diploma is an asset.
