Description

Catholic Family Services Regina in partnership with St. Luke School is coordinating a program to support and promote independence for young parents. Catholic Family Services Regina offers competitive salaries, benefits and pension programs. This is a pilot project that will take place from January 2015 to June 2016. The projected start date for this program is January 6, 2015.

Completion of needs assessments
Group facilitation
Preparation & planning of programming
Offering hands on learning opportunities and demonstrations
Problem solving and skill building
Preparing reports, case notes and other documentation
One-to-one support and case management
