We're looking for a talented and competitive Inside Sales Representative that thrives in a quick sales cycle environment. The successful candidate will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable making cold calls, working and establishing distribution partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects and closing opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
- Understand client needs and requirements
- Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas
- Research accounts and partner channels, identify key players and generate interest
- Perform effective online demos to prospects
- Provide detailed reporting on activities
- Work within a team environment to establish and coordinate marketing and sales initiatives
Requirements
- 2+ years of inside sales experience (technology or real estate sales experience is preferred)
- Track record of over-achieving quota
- Strong phone presence
- Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools
- Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM
- Moderately "tech savy"
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Strong listening and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Compensation
- Base of 30K / Year
- Aggressive commission structure (achieve over 80K / Year)
- Participation in company benefits after 3 months
