ESTI Consulting Services invites applications for a permanent full time Lead Software Engineer located at our head office in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan.

We are seeking a passionate, fast learning, self-motivated, and independent Lead Software Engineer who has excellent communication skills and has experience leading a development team.  You will be working on a variety of projects involving client-server and web based applications, middleware, database and ID management related technologies.

You will be involved in all aspects of the
software engineering cycle and in a highly visible role where you will build, evaluate and integrate tools. Assignments will include new products as well as upgrades, and enhancements or fixes to existing products. The candidate must have very good communication skills to be used in communication with a local team and a diverse client set. In addition, the candidate should exhibit self-sufficiency, high levels of
motivation, and the ability to quickly and thoroughly learn new and complex topics. The
candidate is expected to help lead the team and be a senior leader of development team staff.
