Job Description:
Village Clerk Administrator is a permanent part time position consisting of approximately 12 hours per week.

Duties consist of:
Attendance at monthly council meetings
Recording of minutes, typing and filing of documents
Administrative bylaws and Councils resolutions
Prepare Assessment Roll and Tax Roll
Issue receipts and keep accounting records
Excellent communication skills are required

Education:
Grade 12 Diploma

Experience:
2 years accounting or bookkeeping experience
