Sunrise Health Region has an opening for a
Permanent Full Time Regional Manager of Operational Support Services
currently based at the Yorkton Regional Health Centre/Foam Lake in Yorkton, SK
Job Summary:
The Regional Manager of Operational Support Services, with overall direction from the Director of Operational Support Services, plans, directs, organizes and coordinates the resources and staff of the Department of Food and Nutrition Services, Housekeeping Services and Laundry Services.  This encompasses the provision of services in various different facilities in the Sunrise Health Region, including catering and retail programs.  This is in keeping with the specific objectives of each of the departments and the Sunrise Health Region.

Qualifications/Experience:
    Graduate of a recognized Food and Nutrition Services Administration Program or equivalent
    Graduate of a recognized Housekeeping and Laundry Management program is an asset
    Minimum three (3) years related food & nutrition services experience is essential
    Previous management experience in the laundry and housekeeping industry or equivalent experience is an asset
    Ability to demonstrate leadership skills, problem solving, interpersonal skills, adaptability
    Ability to be proactive and creative in problem solving and decision making
    Ability to communicate and work effectively with all levels of staff and clients
    Must have the organizational ability to implement policies and programs, which requires working closely with the Director of Operational Support Services

Hours of Work:
    As per full-time rotation

Salary and benefits in accordance with Out-of-Scope Compensation plan.
