QUALIFICATIONS:
Candidate must have 2-3 years experience in a Food and Beverage Leadership role.
Must possess a strong knowledge of food,cocktails and wine applications.
Post secondary education specializing in Hospitality Management an asset or equivalent experience
Responsible for the day to day operations of Indigo Restaurant, Omega Lounge, Urban Bean Coffee Bar, Room Service and Club Lounge.
Being a role model and a developer, always motivating and find ways to drive the team to for the best results-financial and GSAT
Hands on approach to leading the team by ensuring guest service standards and efficient operations are always being meet, and that our employees are engaged and trained properly
In conjunction with the Manager of Food and Beverage Services and Executive Chef, ensuring the restaurant kitchen operation is running effectively and efficiently and that the products are consistent and meets our standards
Overview of the menu design and layout for the outlets
Understands completely and conforms to all policies, procedures, standards specifications, guidelines and training programs
Ensure that all food and beverage products are consistently prepared and served according to the restaurants standards
Ensure that the restaurant team is equipped with the appropriate tools and guidance to do their job and meet the expectations set out
Holding all the team accountable to above expectations
Strive for consistency with all aspects of the operation
