TC Media Saskatchewan is looking for an experienced sales leader to take on the role of Regional Sales Director within our group.  You would be working with products such as The Prince Albert Daily Herald, The Moose Jaw Times Herald, numerous weekly products and associated TC Media digital products.

Reporting to the Director of Sales, Atlantic & Saskatchewan, you will be responsible for a sales force throughout Saskatchewan, centrally located in either Prince Albert or Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan. We are looking for a proven sales leader with several years experience managing and motivating a sales team to success.

As the Regional Sales Director you will:
Have primary responsibility for regional sales activities and results in Saskatchewan
Lead a sales force through local Sales Managers to maximize performance
Set and maintain high standards and accountability for regional staff
Direct sales forecasting activities and sets performance and goals accordingly
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to align with corporate targets
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers
Provide  and promote strategic vision
Effectively coach and motivate your team
Conduct annual and ongoing performance reviews

Your Qualifications:
5+  years leading, motivating and managing high performance sales group
Results oriented approach  
Proven ability to demonstrate respect, innovation, performance and teamwork
Media industry experience considered a strong asset
Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal)
Demonstrated success building and developing sales revenue
Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, sales tracking and related database
Ability to work collaboratively with business relations and build strong teams
