Legal Assistant

The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Prepare reports and presentation of documents
Organize for meetings
Keep documents up to date
Receive/forward mail, faxes, etc.
Create databases.
Formatting legal documents.
Proofreading.
Ensure deadlines are met.
Additional clerical duties as required.
If you are a strong multi-tasker and a team player with at least 1- 2 years of previous Administration experience you could be the candidate of choice.
