In this position you will research, develop, analyze and report operating benchmarks and recommend strategies to improve departmental effectiveness.  You will develop forecasting and modeling tools to identify trends, anomalies and causes, projects impacts and outcomes, and recommend proactive solutions.  This role provides a centralized source of business metrics for management in order to make sound business decisions.
