Vantage Developments Corporation, A locally owned Residential & Commercial Development Company., located at 414 Ave. M South, Saskatoon, SK is looking for a full-time and permanent Electrical Supervisor (NOC 7212) to supervise & coordinate the activities of electrical power line & cable workers and electricians on residential and commercial setting in Saskatchewan.
As Electrical Supervisor, the successful applicant is expected to be experienced, honest, reliable and perform the following duties:
Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of workers who install, repair and maintain electrical wiring, fixtures and control devices and power systems;
Establish methods to meet work schedules and co-ordinate work activities with other subcontractors or departments
Requisition materials and supplies
Resolve work problems and recommend work measures to improve productivity
Train or arrange for training of workers
Recommend personnel actions such as hirings and promotions
Ensure standards for safe working conditions are observed
Prepare work progress reports
May also supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of related apprentices, helpers and labourers.
The chosen candidate will receive a wage of CAD$35 per hour. All Canada and SK mandated benefits will be provided.
Qualifications:
At least seven (7) years of experience on various electrical-related or general contracting occupations;
Completed secondary education;
Residential/commercial experience an asset
