We are looking for someone with Sous Chef
experience,who is hard working, organised,
passionate about food and customer service.
Applicants must have the following skills:
Cooking skills
Food preparation
Kitchen maintenance and cleaning
Excellent health/dental/prescription drug group plan available.
Complimentary hotel room provided for first 14 days.
Cook Categories
- First cook
Credentials (certificates, licences, memberships, courses, etc.)
- Food Safe Certificate
Specific Skills
- Work with minimal supervision
- Prepare and cook full course meals
- Work with specialized cooking equipment (deep fryer, etc.)
- Clean kitchen and work areas

- Hotel
Security and Safety
- Criminal record check (abstract)
