Description

Fujitsu Canada is looking for a Wintel Systems Administrator for our IS Group in our Regina, Saskatchewan, Canada location.

Responsibilities:
Perform day-to-day operations of the data center as well as performing maintenance and troubleshooting of server problems. Significant proficiency is required in concept of operations development, system design and review, requirements definition, system transition planning, and supporting defined system integration tasks.
Provide Active Directory 2008 expertise and guidance to clients to both solve complex issues and determine feasibility of solutions.; AD Structure, Domain Controllers, OU, and Group policies
Must have strong VMware knowledge- installing, configuring, and implementing VMware virtual infrastructure environments. Develop and implement VMware best-practices management and maintenance procedures to provide maximum uptime of the virtual machine environment
Meet and exceed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and customer expectation in one or more areas from the following list and for customers as assigned by manager:

Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience
8 or more years of work experience in IT infrastructure
Minimum 5 year Application and or Systems Administration experience in a 24 x7 production environment
Expert knowledge of:  
o Active Directory architecture, governance and role delegation
o Active Directory Remote and Forest Trusts
o Group policies
o Microsoft Windows Server 2003/2008/R2/2012
o Thorough understanding of DHCP and DNS network services and how they integrate with or compliment Active Directory
o Powershell Scripting
o File and Print Server Migrations
Advanced understanding of networking principles; routing, TCP/IP, HTTP, SMTP
Advanced knowledge of ESXi VMware or Microsoft Hyper-V
Very good written and verbal communication skill
